Initial Lactation Consultation

Service Description

Our certified breastfeeding and lactation specialists will spend approx. 1.5 hours with you and your baby. During the initial visit, a full assessment of you and/or your baby will be done, depending on the breastfeeding challenges you are experiencing. We will help you to create a comprehensive lactation care plan to help you meet your breastfeeding goals. The fee for the initial lactation consult includes 2 weeks of HIPAA compliant text and email support. Currently, we are considered an out-of-network provider. We recommend calling your insurance provider to request pre-authorization to see an out-of-network provider. Appointments should be booked less than 2 weeks in advance except under special circumstances. Please contact us if you require further information. We look forward to seeing you!

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 48-hours in advance for a full refund minus a small processing fee. Thank you!
